The GOP list:

- One had to drop out stating she is NOT a witch in her own commercial
- One is a friggin mormon
- One is a chronic sexual offender and does not know shit about important foreign issues and does not give a shit
- One is so blatantly selling out his states finances and is just overaggressive, which would mean he would pump up the defense budget and invade even more countries.
- One bullshits about cutting all that spending while sucking up government money for her hubbies pray the gay away clinic, a team of foster slaves etc. and spreading stupid, easy-to-catch lies.
- The only guy I would like to see in office would be Ron Paul, but he will never make it through to becoming the actual candidate. He is just too sane.

This is probably the best summation of the GOP Candidates I have ever seen. I'm likely to steal it, with your permission...

The one that dropped out because she was a witch? You mean Christine O'Donnell? She wasn't a presidential candidate. She was a US Senate candidate for the Delaware seat. And she didn't drop out of the senate race.

Eh, you just got her mixed up with Sarah P@lin. Christine was deemed Sarah's "Mini Me" - Christine even tried to dress like Queen P. Both are empty headed flakes, so it's easy enough to confuse them.

Conspiracy...
Obama. He's the lesser of two evils.

That would still be voting for evil. :surprise:

No Boston creatures allowed in the White House.

No mormons either. :D

On another note... Boston Creme... :drool2:

I just want my conservative/republican/teabag/religiously insane friends to promise not to take it too hard when Obama is re-elected next year.

Some are not fit to hold the office that is true. But put your ideology aside and explain how Obama was fit to hold the office any more than some of the upper tier GOP candidates.. He hadn't even served one full term in the Senate and he was a community organizer, state legislator and academic before that. I'll put the resume' of Gingrich, Romney, Paul and even Huntsman up against Obama's pre-presidental credentials any day of the week.

Yes, but using that as the sole criteria, Gingrich, Romney, Paul and Huntsman would be considered more "qualified" than Abraham Lincoln as well. And by the same token, Warren G. Harding would seem very qualified (on paper)... but we know how that worked out. Though arguably more intelligent, I can see shades of Harding in Gingrich.

0bama is an incompetent, overly advised, anti business, anti prosperity, national debt increasing jackass who opted not to help turn the economy around over a full term as potus, how could you possibly be so proud?

Never mind  :sigh: To each his or her own I guess.

INANIMATE CARBON ROD!!!

Which means I'm voting Republican, regardless of who gets the nomination. I just hope that if there's a third party on the ballot it's either a socialist party or greeen party type, not the libertarian or tea party type.

Oh, by the way.....

Certainly, Mr. Obama could still win re-election in 2012. Even with his all-time low job approval ratings (and even worse ratings on handling the economy) the president could eke out a victory in November. But the kind of campaign required for the president's political survival would make it almost impossible for him to govern—not only during the campaign, but throughout a second term.

Put simply, it seems that the White House has concluded that if the president cannot run on his record, he will need to wage the most negative campaign in history to stand any chance. With his job approval ratings below 45% overall and below 40% on the economy, the president cannot affirmatively make the case that voters are better off now than they were four years ago. He—like everyone else—knows that they are worse off.

Yes, I can understand the confusion, given that Sarah ran for the US Senate and president. That's just pathetic. :1orglaugh

I was responding to the "unqualified" comment of his post I think my comparison is more relevant because he brought it up. And I never said unqualified. I just showed that his comment was ridiculous. To say that the ones I listed are somehow unqualified compared to the current occupant is just plain silly.

I guarantee that Obama will be elected to a second term. Any takers?
How would you like to guarantee it?

Spyder while I agree with you for the most part. I don't think Caddell and Schoen are the best examples of Democrats leaving the reservation. They have always been suspect to me. Kinda like The New Jersey Generals for the Harlem Globetrotters.
