Yeah, played both, the variations (jealousy/humiliation) are again, kind of redundant in my opinion, I'd stick to just one that fits best to the situation. Jealousy means MC internally doesn't approve how it goes, and also he's not able to change things. That's what can be described as humiliation. So the NTR path how it was presented so far inherently mixes jealousy with humiliation, not sure why they are separated there, anyway that doesn't change the course of actions. If the author wanted to present two personalities of the MC, the one willingly sharing his GF and another one gullible, jealous and weak, that's a whole different story, it affects the entire game, not just that small portion.
