Ungrammatical use of English in a template designed to be used to show a high understanding of the language. Template is currently unused but not eligible for CSD.
Use of level 6 Babel templates has been debated before with no consensus on their use but in general they are not used - see previous discussion on a prior incarnation of this template. Nthep (talk) 14:27, 2 January 2017 (UTC)
