Remove the patch, or change the patch itself.
Well, I do know a guy who makes furry porn for cash and it eats him up inside. He'll do no work for a good chunk of the time and then do a shit load of it. He'll cram months worth of work into a few weeks because consistently working on it for extended periods makes him want to throw up since he initially started it as a joke and the commissions he gets are pretty horrible. There's an argument to be made that the answer is both.The 1000 dollars question really is :

Linda will be a Mom. Open the incest patch and look. You'll understand.

Thats what I thought at first, thats why I created a new game and skipped all the introduction but the problem still persists.
Look above, I've sent you a screenshot. You're probably doing something wrong.
Instead of Mom, its appearing Linda. Did you install that patch when you had already some old saves in the game or was it a newly fresh milfy city folder
This is version 0.6C. I can remove the patch and install back. And the names will change.
