Actually, the original final boss was the reincarnated Demon King (the sextoy used in the contest was his actual still living manhood), that the Angel's conspiracy planned for you to give birth to after you were corrupted enough and impregnated by a Spermazoa monster - either via the Pig King mating scene (over a dozen options to what you could have happen here, depending on who you had with you), via breaking into the Spermazoa storage room under the main house and releasing them from various glass chambers (not the breeding basement with kidnapped women behind the Kirist's portrait, but maybe if you agreed to the deal to take her place), via the Wild Spermazoa North of the Milk Elf's village, and others. That's the original story concept. It's changed a great deal since then...

And most of the story items (clothes, jewelry, milkshake, scene recall orbs, etc.) are there, they just don't do anything. They were tied to the corrupt path, and he's pretty much beat the he'll out of the game removing it. It why most things that seem to serve a purpose leave you scratching your head. Remember, this was a transformation/ sissification/ trap/ gay game originally. Not so much now with most of the content having been removed.

The mayor is a woman. Talk to her maid first, then head to the southern beach, head into the secret passage, she's past the slimes, having a threesome with the goblin brothers. (You used to be able to manufacture goblin offspring here: disguise or transform as/into girl form(s), ( or have someone with you do this - even the dragon (it's a baby dragon btw)), wear random sexy outfit, use the slime as unfertilized eggs, deceive the goblins that your female, take the mayor's place, get preg, give birth to one or multiple (depending on number of "eggs" used), repeat with same goblins or multiple offspring, ad infinity.)

These are from one of the older versions of the game. There were a lot of incomplete line sketches that went with them. It's from the invasion of humans into elf lands. Previously, if you gave birth to a lot of monsters (goblins, wolves, etc.) in the initial village, taking it over, it'd turn into a Inquisition, where the invaders started killing everything. Those heads on her boobs are tentacle-things. Think she's still in the game, but it's not so heavily emphasized anymore.

Because BlueBone ripped out 90% of the original game content. (Hell, can you even go to the dragon village anymore?! And the battlefck animation system seems to be gone as well, though not certain about it atm.) The original version of the game was finished and fully translated - but ran into "problems" with final release. Now, he's doing this on a "when I feel like it" schedule. There are [Legal] reasons for this. Same for why Asa changed to grotesque old women for their artwork - they used to be far more varied in age and subject, at least with TOD. (If it was present in the game, it was fair game.) Not to mention they all have nearly the same face now...

Is that true? It seems to me like that CG would've been used for the arrival of the commander lady that came looking for Enick and Luda right around the later part of the game
